BMRCL invites applications from qualified and experienced personnel for the appointment of following posts in the O&M Wing. The appointment will be on “Contract basis” only.

1. Position: Deputy General Manager

2. No. of Posts: 04

3. Minimum Educational Qualification:

a. Any degree in Engineering with diploma in Safety Management

b. Degree in Civil Engineering

c. Degree in Electrical Engineering

d. Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Telecommunication

4. Experience: 

a. Post qualification experience of 15 Years in maintenance / project / operation in Railway / Modern Metro System in safety department

b. Post qualification experience of minimum 15 years in Electrification/Traction distribution & power supply/E&M Works in Railways / Metro System

c. Post qualification experience of minimum 15 years in Railways / Large Telecom Service Provider Organization. Knowledge of Kannada desirable.

d. Post qualification experience of 15 Years in the “Permanent Way / Maintenance / Construction” in the Railways / Metro / Railway PSU. Knowledge of Kannada desirable

5. Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1,40,000/-

1. Position: Manager

2. No. of Posts: 06

3. Minimum Educational Qualification:

a. Degree in Civil Engineering

b. Degree / Diploma in any Branch of Engineering

4. Experience: 

a. Post qualification experience of minimum of 10 years. Out of this, minimum of 3 years’ experience in Permanent way / track Construction & maintenance” in Railways / Metro Railway/ Railway PSU. Candidates having worked in Metro Rail System will be preferred. Knowledge of Kannada desirable

b. Post qualification experience of minimum of 10 years. Out of this, minimum of 3 years’ experience in Permanent way / track Construction, Bridges and maintenance” in Railways / Metro Railway/ Railway PSU. Candidates having worked in Metro Rail System will be preferred. Knowledge of Kannada desirable.

c. Post qualification experience of minimum 10 years, out of which not less than 3 years’ experience in Operation in any of the Electrified Division of Indian Railways OR Suburban Railway System / Metro Railways. Candidates having worked in Metro Rail System will be preferred. Knowledge of Kannada is desirable

5. Consolidated Pay: Rs. 75,000/-

1. Position: Labour Welfare Officer

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Minimum Educational Qualification:

Graduate from recognized University and Post graduate qualification in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or MBA in Labour welfare from recognized University/Institute

4. Experience: Post qualification experience of minimum of 5 years in large company viz. Railway / PSU/ Metro / Government State/ Central and have handled IR, employee welfare and labour matters etc. Knowledge of Kannada essential.

5. Consolidated Pay: Rs. 50,000/-
