Document Required:

Candidates must bring the following documents in original on the day of rally as per programme. The documents should be arranged properly in a sequence and contained in a file cover along with two sets of Photostat copy of each duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with his name and seal in English. Candidates are advised to check their certificate and Marks Sheet for mismatch of Name, Date of Birth, Parents Name, School and other particulars in various certificates. All documents/ rubber stamp/seals should be in ENGLISH. The following documents in original must be brought by the candidates :-

(a) Admit Card

(b) Photographs

(c) Education Certificate.

(d) Affidavit.

(e) Domicile (Nativity) Certificate

(f) Caste Certificate

(g) Religion Certificate

(h) Character Certificate.

(j) Unmarried Certificate

(k) Relationship Certificate

(l) NCC Certificate.

(m) Sports Certificate

(n) Certificate of Bonus Mark

(o) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card

(r) AADHAR Card.

(s) Vaccination Certificate

Important Instructions:

1. Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in, Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police.

2. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.

3. Candidates to come for the rally only on the date as per Admit Card. Candidates should bring pen and Handkerchief.

4. Character certificate without photo attested by certificate issuing authority will be rejected.

5. Certificates with overwriting a tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will not be accepted.

6. All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered.

7. Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerised and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage.

8. Giving/taking bribe, production of bogus/fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law.

9. No compensation for Death/Injury/loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance/dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. The signing of Indemnity Bond is a mandatory requirement.

10. Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned. Any candidate found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening.

11. Selection is provisional till Enrolment Form/Contract/Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are dispatched for training.

12. CEE for the selected candidates will be held in tentatively in the month of Nov 2022.

13. Negative marking will be applicable in CEE.

14. At the rally site, all candidate should report duly shaved (beard, chest hair, axillary hair, pubic hair and with crew hair cut (except Sikh Candidates), for identification at various stages of rally process failing which candidate can be barred from participation in recruitment rally.

15. Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for two to three times. Candidates should make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements.

16. Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming for selection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it cleaned by a doctor prior to the rally.

Selection Procedure

(a) Change in Rally Conduct Procedure Due to COVID. To avoid large gatherings at one place, Candidates will be directed to report to different Report Centres in the close vicinity of main venue (Indira Priya Darshini, Stadium, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh). The same will be coordinated by the Recruiting staff once candidates report to rally venue.

(b) Physical Measurement Test (PMT). As per eligibility requirement of category given at Paragraph 13 (Eligibility Conditions).

(c) Medical.

(i) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site.

(ii) Unfit candidates will be referred to designated hospital for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated hospital within 5 days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by Military Hospital within 14 days as per policy. If declared fit, candidate should report back to ARO, Visakhapatnam for issue of Admit Cards for CEE.

(iii) If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.

(d) Common Entrance Examination (CEE).

(i) CEE will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Location, date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Card.

(ii) Admit Card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.

(iii) Admit Card for the CEE for the medical review fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist/ specialists at designated hospital
