Qualification in Details:
Sub: Inviting application for various posts on deputation (Foreign Service term basis) in Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) Data Centre at Manesar(Gurugram).
1. Position: Technical Officer
2. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level -8
3. Number of vacancies: 02 (Two)
4. Essential:
(i) Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; OR With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 7, OR With five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 6. OR Officers from State/UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
(ii) Possessing Four year degree in engineering or Masters degree in computer applications from an institution recognized by Government agencies.
5. Desirable: Experience of work in ICT projects/ e-Governance/ networking/ Telecom/ Data Centre Operations and infra Management/ IT| procurement and inventory management/ Software development/ Database administration/ Information Security.
1. Position: Deputy Director(Technology)
2. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level -11
3. Number of vacancies: 01
4. Essential:
i. Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix level 10 OR With five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix level 9 OR With six years of regular service in the Pay Matrix level 8
ii. OR Officers from State/UT Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience. Four year degree in Engineering or Technology or Master's Degree in Computer Applications from an Institute recognized by Govt. agencies.
5. Desirable:
Handling ICT/E-governance Projects in Central Handling Government/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous body etc. Handling IT/Telecom/Networking/Data Centre operations related Dealing IT procurements/lT inventory management related work. Dealing with planning, execution, O&M nature of works in Technical projects in the field of IT, Software, Telecom etc. Handling the work of software development, DATABASE administration, Network/Network Security Administration, Linux administration etc.
1. Position: Assistant Director(Technology)
2. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level -10
3. Number of vacancies: 01
4. Essential:
a. Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; OR With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 9; OR With four years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 8;
b. OR With six years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 7; OR Officers from State/UT Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.

3. Number of vacancies: 01
4. Essential:
(i) Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department OR With three years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 5. OR With five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 4 OR With seven years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 3 OR Officers from State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization holding regular post in corresponding grades with requisite experience.
(ii) Four year degree in Engineering or Technology or Masters degree in computer applications from an institution recognized by Government agencies.
5. Desirable: Experience of Management/ TT procurement and inventory management work in ICT projects/ e-Governance
Age Limit:
The candidate should be below 56 years of age as on the closing date of the application.
Documents Required:
1. Attested copy of application in prescribed proforma
2. Cadre Clearance Certificate from the Controlling Authority.
3. Statement giving detail of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Officer, if any, during the last ten (10) years
4. Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate
5. Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five (5) years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the level of Under Secretary or equivalent

Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on on deputation (Foreign Service term basis)
Apply Procedure
1. The applications in the prescribed format (Annexure-l) should reach to the Director (HR), Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDA), Data Centre, Technology Centre-Office Complex Plot No. 1, Sector-M2, IMT Manesar, (Gurugram) - 122050 on or before the last date of receipt of the application. The last date for receipt of applications is 18 July 2022.
2. Applications received after the last date shall not be entertained. Candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
3. UIDAI may, in exceptional circumstances, convene the meeting of the Selection Committee and/ or consider a candidate without waiting for his/ her cadre clearance certificate and other documents listed
4. However, the offer for appointment to such candidate, in case of selection, shall be issued only on receipt of requisite documents from the cadre, duly attested and complete in all respects.
