Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Experience: 12-15+ years of related experience at a Senior Level preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute.

Location of posting: Mumbai / Delhi The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.

Role & Responsibilities: The Head Sales will be responsible for responsible for achieving the Sales targets for Card products, Personal Loan and any other retail financial services products offered by Bobcards. As the National head of the Sales function for BOBCARDS, he will be responsible for setting up and leading the retail sales team in setting and executing the Sales strategy for BOBCards. This will entail building up a nation wide sales presence across at least 100 cities in the next 3 years driving a multi-fold increase in sales.

Job specific skills: Strong consumer financial services sales experience leading a national or large zonal team. Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills with decision making ability.Hands on experience in leading a retail sales force across the country / multiple geographies .Awareness of industry best practices, prevalent and emerging trends I the market and ability to inculcate industry best practices into the organization

Job specific skills:  Seasoned banker with strong experience and good knowledge of the Credit Cards business, its products and related risks together with a good knowledge of card operations and controls.  Awareness of the market competitive structure, industry practices and related regulations for the credit cards business.  Strong understanding in the issuing of credit cards products and the related risk, operations and controls.  Analytical and problem solving skills coupled with decision making ability.  Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and best practices pertaining to card products
