  • The candidates called for interview are not entitled for TA/DA. 2. This temporary appointment will be for a specific period and their services will automatically stand terminated either with the termination of the Project/Scheme or even before at the discretion of the Competent Authority. The appointment will not bestow upon them any claim for regular employment at ICAR Research Complex for Goa, Ela, Old Goa. 3. The eligible candidates may appear for Walk-in-Interview on 24th May, 2017 at 10.30 a.m. at ICAR-CCARI, Ela, Old Goa along with their credentials. 4. Candidates should bring their bio data enclosed with attested copies of the testimonials . Bio-data:- Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Academic Qualifications, Experience, list of publications, Awards, References, Whether SC/ST/OBC & Signature of the Applicant. 5. Computer Assistant: Desirable qualification: Experience in design and management web pages, Creation of data base, Uploading of content in web page, confirguration and maintenance of server for web page hoisting and maintenance , interest in making documentation on agriculture scenario in Goa including success stories , preparation of status report on general agriculture.

About Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute

Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute (CCARI) is one of the research institutes established under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi. ICAR is an autonomous organization under Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. ICAR Research Complex for Goa was established in April, 1976 as a regional centre under ICAR Research Complex for Northeast Hill region, Shillong, Meghalaya. Subsequently it became the regional centre, ICAR Research Complex for Goa, under CPCRI, Kasargod. Considering the importance of agriculture in Goa state, ICAR, New Delhi, upgraded the centre into an Independent Institute from April, 1989. Subsequently, this Institute has been upgraded from 1st April, 2014 as a ICAR-Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute. This Institute is under the Natural Resource Management (NRM) division of ICAR.
