Qualification in Details:

1. Educational Qualifications: Waste Treatment Plant Manager: Technical - M.Tech -, Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical B.E/ B.Tech. -, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related field MS/M.Sc(Science) -Environmental science, microbiology, Biotechnology. Experience and Skill Set: Proven minimum of 5 years work experience as a plant manager, Proven managerial experience, Familiarity with industry standard policy, equipment and technical expertise, Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and documentation processes, Computer literacy
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example, Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills, Excellent communication and report making skills, Able to read, write and understand Kannada along with English and Hindi

2. Educational Qualifications: Waste Treatment Plant Manager: Administration - MSc (preferred)/BSc or any Post/graduate degree from recognised university with MBA/related management degree. Experience and Skill Set: Proven minimum of 5 years work experience as a manager with similar or related sector,  Proven managerial experience, Familiarity with industry standard policy, equipment and logistics expertise, Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and documentation processes, Computer literacy, Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
