Qualification in Details:

1. Qualification:- Doctorate degree in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/ Agricultural Extension/ Agronomy/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Organic Agriculture;

2. Experience: At least 20 years of field experience in implementing government schemes and programmes, 7 years experience in the field of promotion of organic manures or bio-fertilisers, particularly 4 years of experience in implementing organic farming, Quality control of Organic Products, Soil Analysis, Interpretation of Data Analysis etc.

3. Remuneration:- The remuneration/ honorarium for Advisor will be decided on the basis of qualification and experience & subJect to the comprehensive guidelines issued by this Department vide 0M No. 12034/8/20 16-E.I dated 30.12.2016, subject to a maximum of Rs.70,000/- per month (Consolidated).

4. Duties: To provide technical guidance to the Joint Secretary (INM) on matters related to interventions proposed in the Mission; To develop standardized formats for submission of Action Plans; To assist State in planning, formulation of Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana Mission (PKVYM) action plans, whenever required; To provide technical assistance to PKVYM staff in scrutinizing the action plans received from the States; To establish time-lines and indicators for completion of each activity; To supervise the quality of implementation of various interventions proposed in the Mission;
