Qualification in Details:

1 .Project Title: Development of a Rubber based Sheet Hydro forming Setup

2 .Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Candidate should have first/ second class or equivalent in the B.TECH or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ production/Manufacturing/ Design etc. from a reputed institutions/university. Candidate must have working knowledge in various Metal forming/ manufacturing/ design software tools (e.g. CATIA, SOLID EDGE, DEFORM, ABACUS/ ANSYS etc.) on both the windows and Linux OS environments. Preference may be given if the candidate who has completed successfully a project (simulation / fabrication base) in the relevant area of forming as a part of his M.Tech./M.E. dissertation work. Upper age limit is 30 years (relaxed for 5 years for SC/ST/PH/female candidates. All things equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules. Project experience will be given preference.

3. Duration of project: Two year

4. Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate should be able to take-up the following tasks: To work along with the BTech/M.Tech./ PhD students of the department towards achieving the goals and objectives of the Project • To maintain a suitable simulation environment for running various forming design related software in both the windows and Unix OS based servers • To prepare technical & ACCOUNTS documentation Any other works related to the project to be assigned from time to time.
