b. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in officer grade in bank is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting in a bank is mandatory.

2. AGM (Internal Audit) SMGS - V:
a. Minimum Educational Qualification: M.Com from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Chartered Accountant is preferred.
b. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in bank is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Audit in a bank is mandatory.

3. AGM (Sales Reporting):
a. Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Note: MBA / Post graduation degree from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body is preferred.
b. Post Qualification Experience: Minimum experience of 12 years is mandatory. (And) Minimum relevant experience of 3 years in business analytics, preferably in banking is required.

A. Minimum Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
B. Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 2years of experience in Operational Risk /Fraud monitoring is required.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application form after submitting the application. Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for. IPPB would admit to test all the candidates applying for the posts with the requisite fee on the basis of the information furnished in the online application and shall determine their eligibility only at the time of interview.

2. Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection / inability / failure to log on to the website on account of heavy load on internet or website jam. IPPB does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of IPPB.

3. Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the last valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee / intimation charges paid for the other registrations will stand forfeited. Multiple attendance/ appearance by a candidate in examination and / or interview will be summarily rejected/ candidature cancelled.

4. The possibility for occurrence of some problems in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely, which may impact test delivery and/ or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problems, which may include the conduct of another examination if, considered necessary.

5. Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector undertakings including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions are advised to submit 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer at the time of interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered and travelling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.

6. In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce proper discharge certificate from the employer at the time of taking up the appointment. Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority on format prescribed by the Government of India will have to be submitted by the SC/ST candidates, if called for interview.

7. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his /her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of IPPB. Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in New Delhi and courts/tribunals/forums at New Delhi only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/dispute.

Documents

1. Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter
2. Valid system generated printout of the online application form registered
3. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB)
4. Photo Identify Proof such as Passport/ Aadhaar/ e-Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter's Card
5. Mark sheets & certificates for educational qualifications. Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 01.06.2018 has to be submitted.
6. Work Experience: If declared in the resume, documentary proofs such as Experience Certificates from past and current employers, Appointment letters, Relieving Letters, Pay or Salary Slips should be produced by the candidates in order to verify the date of joining and relieving, designation at the time of joining, date of promotion with designation, if any. Any adverse remark from the previous employer(s) or any act of misconduct/ wrong committed by the candidate would be a disqualification to apply and render the candidature liable for cancellation.
7. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
8. Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under creamy layer and/ or if their caste does not find place in the Central List are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as General in the online application form.
9. Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with Disability category. If the candidate has used the services of a Scribe at the time of the examination, the duly filled in details of the scribe in the prescribed format.
10. Candidates serving in Government / quasi govt offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview, in the absence of which their candidature will not be considered and travelling expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
