Applications are invited from eligible lndian Citizens for engagement of Senior Residents (Non-Academic) for the Department of Trauma & Emergency Medicine in the Subject / Discipline of Neurosurgery at AllMS, Bhubaneswar for a period of 12 months which will be reviewed afterwards as per the attached prescribed format and the terms & conditions given below:

4. Essential Qualification:
i. A Post Graduate Medical Degree MS / DNB in General Surgery or MCh. / DNB in Neurosurgery. Candidate shall be given preference who have experience of Senior Resident in the Department of Trauma & Emergency Medicine in the subjecUDiscipline of Neurosurgery.
ii. The Candidates those completing the above courses by 1Sth January,2021 are also eligible to apply. They have to produce the pass certificate from the lnstitute at the time of lnterview
5. Emoluments: Rs. 67,700/- as per 7th CPC, Level -11 of the Pay Matrix + NPA plus other usual Allowances as admissible under rules (Rs. 18,750 + 6600(Grade Pay) + NPA plus other usual Allowances as admissible under rules)
7. Contract Period: 12 months which will be reviewed afterwards

(f) NOC from candidates working in Govt. / Semi-Govt., PSU sector.
i) Dlrector AllMS, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any point of time without prior notice or fill up less / more number of posts as advertised depending upon the institutional requirement.
ii) The original certificates i.e. MBBS/ lnternship Completion Ce(ificate, Qualifying degrees (MBBS/ MS/DNB/MCh) Medical Registration Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate/ (OPH) etc., of the candidates who is selected for the post of Senior Resident will be verified subsequently at the time of joining.
iii) During verification of original certificates, if any discrepancy is noticed, their candidature / appointment will be cancelled.
iv) lf any candidate who joins the post and leave/ resign/ terminate before the completion of the tenure, it can be done by giving one month's notice from either side as per rules or by depositing pay and allowances with the lnstitute for the period of which notice period falls short of one month.
v) The engagement of Senior Residents will only be made on contractual basis for a period of Twelve (12) months. This contractual engagement may not be claimed as a matter of right to be selected for the Tenure engagement.
vi) Candidates working in Govt. / Semi-Govt., PSU should bring NOC from their present employer. The in-services candidates will not be permitted for lnterview, without "No Objection Certificate" from the employer.
vii) Applications received after 5 pm on 13th January 2021 will not be accepted.
1. The merit list (selected and waiting list) shall be prepared on the basis of Interview.
2. Any vacancy arising because of non-joining by selected candidates in this selection or by resignation of candidates, post will be offered to the candidates from waiting list according to the merit.
3. All applicants must provide phone numbers and e-mail number for faster communication.
4. Qualification/Experience IAge/etc. will be counted as on the date of the Interview
5. The final result will be displayed on the website i.e. www. aiimsbhubnaeswar.nic.in
1. Walk-in-Interview is scheduled on 15th January, 2021 at the Directors' Conference Hall, Administrative Building, AllMS, Bhubaneswar from 10.00 A.M onwards.
2. The selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in the Interview.
3. In case of exceptional candidates, the discretion of authorities to relax requisite eligibility criteria like Qualification and experience etc. shall be final.
4. Depending on requirement, the Authorities may increase/ decrease the number of seats.
5. All candidates completing their qualifying eligibility criteria by the date of interview shall eligible.
