Qualification in Details:
The Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications through online from the citizens of India, for filling up of posts of Fishery Officer/Extension Officer as detailed below:-
1. Position: Fishery Officer/ Extension Officer
2. No of Post: 05
3. Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level-6 (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400/-) Group 'B' Non-Gazetted
4. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Fishery Science (B.FSc) from Govt. of India recognized Institute/University. However, one who have appeared or appearing in the final year/semester examination shall also be eligible to apply subject to production of original certificate/Marksheet at the time of Viva-voce/Interview.
Age Limit:

Documents Required:
1. Recent Passport size photograph (3 copies)
2. Matriculation Certificate with Marks Sheet issued by Board as proof of Age
3. Certificate and Marks Sheet of Class-XII or equivalent issued by Board
4. Bachelor Degree Certificate with Marksheet issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain degree.
5. APST Certificate for APST candidates and Aadhar Card/PRC/EPIC for other applicants

Selection Procedure
1. Eligible Applicants will be required to undertake a Written Examination in the following subjects:-
a) General English, General Knowledge, Fishery Science Paper-I, Fishery Science Paper-II - 100 Marks
2. To qualify, an Applicant must score a minimum of 33% in each subject as also, a minimum of 45% in aggregate score.
3. Of such qualified candidates, a number three times the advertised posts (Approximately 15), in the order of merit, will be eligible and invited for the Interview/Viva-voce
4. Interview/Viva-voce: Total Marks - 50 Marks will be conducted in the premises of the Commission
5. The Final Merit List of successful Applicants notified by the Commission, will be based on the aggregate marks of the Written Examination and Interview/Viva-voce.

a) Applicantsin Government Service may apply direct to this Commission under intimation to their respective Heads of Department.
b) Last Date for Receipt or Application: 17th June, 2022 till 1600 hrs.
1. Only 'Online' through APPSC website www.appsc.gov.in
2. One Time Registration on Commission's Website is mandatory. (Once registered, all future applications for any post/vacancy can be submitted using Login ID and Password).
3. Submit only one application. In case of more than one application, application with the higher RID only will be valid.
4. Fee has to be paid separately for each application and is non- refundable.
