Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) a Navratna Company and a Premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics requires Ex-servicemen on fixed tenure basis in executive cadre for Naval Systems SBU of Bangalore Complex as indicated below:
1. Name of the Post: Sr. Assistant. Engineer(WFS/ PS & TESTING/CS)
2. No of Posts: 1- Unreserved (UR)
3. Pay Scale (Rs): 30000- 3%- 120000/-
4. Period of employment: 5 years
5. Period: On short term basis for 5 years may be extended based on requirement/performance of the candidate.
6. Qualification: Ex-servicemen retired/serving officers retiring shortly from Navy/ Air Force/ Army / personnel with 3 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Tele-communication/Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical discipline in the rank of JCO or equivalent having 15 years & above post qualification (Professional) experience. First class for General & OBC candidates and Pass class for SC/ST candidates.
7. Experience: 15 years or more relevant post qualification experience in working with Defence Electronic Equipment during their tenure in Defence Service. Candidates with experience in having worked in NSRY (Port Blair) or with BEL Equipment will be given preference.

5. Period: On short term basis for a period of 5 years may be extended based on Company’s requirement and performance of the candidate.
6. Qualification: Ex-servicemen retired/serving officers retiring shortly from Navy/ Air Force/ Army / personnel with 3 years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Tele-communication/Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical discipline in the rank of JCO or equivalent having 15 years & above post qualification (Professional) experience. First class for General & OBC candidates and Pass class for SC/ST candidates
7. Experience: 15 years or more relevant post qualification experience in working with various Electronics/ Electrical Equipments in Armed Forces viz. Radars, Communication Radios systems, Weapon systems, Missile and Fire Control systems, Electronic Warfare systems etc. Candidate with experience in IT Hardware, networking and server/storage will be an added advantage. Work experience in BEL supplied equipment also will be given preference.
8. Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for installation/ Commissioning and subsequent maintenance of Coastal Surveillance Systems installed (CSS) within the same state locations. The CSS equipments will be installed in various locations and most of them will be installed in various Light House/ Coast guard premises. The CSS equipment includes surveillance Radar, Camera Systems, Communication system and other supporting Network and Power systems and necessary Server-Storage systems in Control center. The Engineer has to visit Light House/ Coast Guard locations for preventive and break down maintenance. Necessary TA/DA will be paid as per the existing rules of BEL.
9. Posting: Delhi, Gandhinagar, Porbandar, Okha, Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, New Mangalore, Kochi, Kavaratti, Chennai, Tuticorin, Puducherry, Vizag, Kakinada, Paradeep, Kolkata, Haldia, Portblair, Diglipur and Campbell bay

1. Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age).

b) In addition to basic pay , other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the annual basic pay as perquisites , Performance Related Pay(PRP), Group Life Insurance, Medical Reimbursement , Provident Fund, Gratuity and pension as per Company’s rules will be part of remuneration package. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government directives

The selection for all the posts will be through a written test & interview. Written test will be conducted in the nearest BEL Office /UnitsBangalore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Pune, Machlipatnam, , Chennai, Hyderabad , Kotdwara, Navi Mumbai, Panchkula. Date of witten test will be intimated later and Interview will be conducted through online (i.e video based) for candidates those who qualify in the written test and shortlisted for interview.
