Documents Required

Interested candidates meeting all the criteria mentioned above, should submit the application in the format appended to this advertisement and send the applications through post, Super Scribing On The Envelope The Post Applied For. The following documents, should compulsorily be enclosed:

1. Self attested copy of SSLC/Matriculation Certificate (proof of age). 
2. Self attested copies of Marks cards for having passed all semesters / years of Diploma or equivalent examination as applicable, BE or B.Tech or equivalent if any as applicable.
3. Certificate from the previous employer regarding relevant post qualification experience.
4. Caste / Tribe Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS in latest format in prescribed proforma) and other relevant certificates Discharge Certificate / Summary from Defence forces, if applicable.

In addition to basic pay , other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the annual basic pay as perquisites , Performance Related Pay(PRP), Group Life Insurance, Medical Reimbursement , Provident Fund, Gratuity and pension as per Company’s rules will be part of remuneration package.

General Conditions

1. Reservation / relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD Candidates will be as per Government guidelines.

2. Candidates employed in Government / Quasi Government and Public Sector undertaking will be required to have their application forwarded through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.

Selection Procedure

The selection for all the posts will be through a written test & interview. Written test will be conducted in the nearest BEL Office /Units- Bangalore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Pune, Machlipatnam, , Chennai, Hyderabad , Kotdwara, Navi Mumbai, Panchkula. Date of witten test will be intimated later and Interview will be conducted through online (i.e video based) for candidates those who qualify in the written test and shortlisted for interview.
