Professor Vacancy At BU

1. Prescribed forms to be downloaded from the University Website : www.buruniv.ac.in [Price of forms: Rs.1500 (General Category), Rs.1000 (Reserved Category)] for Teaching posts.

2. Downloaded form shall accompany with a Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance officer of the University of Burdwan or a cash challan of the University cash counter of requisite price for the following posts. Completed application (with API, whenever applicable) in the prescribed form along with photocopies of two sets of all credentials must reach the office of the Registrar by 18.12.2020 (Through proper channel in case of already employed candidates).

3. Applications must have the minimum qualifications and experiences as per relevant latest recruitment guidelines and Memorandum of Government of West Bengal [No. 120 - Edn. (U)/l U-91/10, dt. 21.02.2011; No. 121 - dt. 21.02.2011, No. 91/10, dt Kolkata, 16th May 2017 & SEC-Dept. of HE dt. 07.08.2019.] for the Teachers in the State-aided Universities.

4. Information relating to API (Academic Performance Indicator) should be calculated as per latest Memorandum of the Govt. of West Bengal for the teachers in state aided universities is to be submitted as separate sheets supported with valid documents.

5. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. It should be noted that possession of minimum eligibility shall not confer any right to be called for interview. Incomplete applications/ non submission of draft for price of form will be rejected. Selection need not be confined to those who apply formally.
