Qualification in Details:

C-DAC, Hyderabad is looking for bright & result oriented candidates for the following positions in various short term projects for appointment on purely on contract basis on consolidated emolument initially for a period of 01 (One) year which may be considered for extension for a further period based on performance of the Incumbent and Project requirement.

i. These requirements are for Embedded (VLSI), SANS, E-Security and Purchase Groups. C-DAC is executing various external & internal projects, selected candidate may be placed or transferred from one project to another during their contract tenure as per the requirement of projects. Duration of projects also may vary as per requirement.

1. Post Name: Project Officer (ISS)

2. No of Post: 1 (One)

3. Duration of the position: Initially for a period of 01 (one) year (May be extended based on project requirement)

4. Educational Qualification & Experience: Two years full time MBA / Post-Graduation in relevant professional qualification with atleast 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant domain.

5. Skill Set:

i. Experience in Quality management Compliant handling, Standards, Corrective/ Preventive Actions, etc.,
ii. Auditing exposure in reference to standards/ regulations for the projects and programs handled
iii. Excellent knowledge and understanding of standards like ISO 9000, OWASP
iv. Knowledge of testing methodologies and the test life cycle
v. Must be a disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently.
vi. Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
vii. Excellent organizational and time management skills
viii. Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required.
ix. Should have administrational / secretarial experience with good communication skills and an aptitude for attention to detail
x. Knowledge in tendering processing, quoting to the clients, follow-ups w.r.t payments, purchase orders etc.,
xi. Ability to work in a high pressure environment
xii. Ability to multi-task is essential
xiii. Excellent documentation and knowledge in using MSOffice software
xiv. Should have a strong team ethic and have the ability to work autonomously under their own initiative

6. Job Profile:

i,. Security Services administrative and management activities
ii. Interacting with clients
iii. Participating in various e-tendering activities
iv. Implementing and Utilizing Project management tools, task tracking tools to automate the coordination activities
v,. Business Interactions and services
vi. Revenue generation through proposal preparation, submissions, tenders etc.

7. Consolidated Salary Range: Rs. 31,000/- per month (Based on the post qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms)

ii. Should have exposure to e Procurement and Government e Market portals
iii. Should possess excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
iv. Should be proficient in drafting Official communication, usage of MS Office tools/Email/Internet

6. Job Profile: Tender Processing /Procurements /Documentation

7. Consolidated Salary Range: Rs. 35,000/- per month (Based on the post qualification relevant experience as per C-DAC norms)

Important Notes:

1. In case of any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in version other than English, English version will prevail.

2. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification for selection.

3. Written test/ Interview Call Letters, other correspondences (if any) etc. will be send to candidates through email at the email id provided in their application form. No hard copy will be sent.

4. Mere issue of Interview call letter will not imply acceptance of candidature or selection for the post.

5. In case of internal candidates, please note that the finally selected candidates will have to resign from the services and join the post as fresh employees.

9. C-DAC reserves the right to cancel or introduce any examination/Personal Interview/Other selection process. C-DAC also reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the recruitment process and/or the selection process without any notice and without assigning any reasons.

10. All the posts will be filled as per the Recruitment Rules of C-DAC.

11. It is the responsibility of the candidates to assess his/her own eligibility for the post for which he/she is applying in accordance with the advertisement. In case, it is found at any point of time in future during process of selection or even after appointment that candidate was not eligible as per prescribed qualification, experience etc, which could not be found at the time of selection due to whatever circumstances, his/her candidature/appointment shall be liable to be cancelled/terminated as case may be.

12. Choosing a particular department /project does not entitle the candidate to be appointed in the same department itself. If selected, management reserves the right to post the candidate in any department, right to assign duties in any location where C-DAC has its centre or project site.

13. All positions are transferable on all India basis.

14. No TA /DA will be provided for attending the written test / interview.

Selection Procedure

1. Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be informed by e-mail, to appear for a "written test/Interview". Selection will be based on multi-level interviews to be conducted at C-DAC, Hyderabad. Management reserves the right to change/modify the selection process at any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the management will be final and binding.

2. The qualification and experience prescribed are the minimum requirements and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates entitled to be called for interview and selection processes.

3. There will be an initial screening based on the academic and other parameters given in the application and only those screened-in will be considered for further selection process.

4. The management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria/cut off limits, in the event of the number of applicants are more, for any post(s) at its discretion. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic credentials, experience profile, performance in the interview and such other selection processes/parameters, as deemed fit by management.

5. The number of vacancies indicated in the notification is tentative. C-DAC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts at the time of selection.

6. Further, C-DAC also reserves the right NOT to fill any of the posts advertised. Also the posts are time bound and are purely contractual in nature for specified duration. The persons engaged on contract will not derive any right or claim to have a regular post in C-DAC.

Apply Procedure

1. Before filling the online application form, Candidates should read ‘General Terms and Conditions’ carefully.

2. Candidate should read all the eligibility parameters and ensure that he/she is eligible for the post before starting to apply online.

3.Candidate should have a valid email id and mobile no. which should remain valid & active till the completion of selection process.

4. Candidates can click on the ‘Apply’ button provided against each position for which he/she wishes to apply. 

5.Fill all the details in the application form at the appropriate places.

6. Candidates should scan their photograph in .jpg format (not more than 300 KB) and keep it ready before starting to apply online for uploading.

7. A unique application number will be generated by the system, please note this application number for future reference and use. Candidates can take a print of the application form and keep it with them for their own records and you should carry signed application at the time of written test/ Interview.

8. No hard copy/ printed applications should be sent to C-DAC.

9. Candidates are advised to note that one candidate is allowed to apply for one Post only which is most suitable to their qualification and experience. As such the candidates are advised to go through the requirement of educational qualification, experience and other conditions carefully before choosing the post for which they wish to apply.

12. Those who are not forwarding their application through proper channel are required to produce 'No objection certificate (NOC)' from their current employer at the time of interview, if called for, falling which they will not be permitted to attend the interview.
