CCI wishes to engage Shift Operators for Tandur Cement factory through a Walk-in Interview on 24th February 2021 at CCI Ltd., Tandur Cement Factory, Tandur, and Telangana. Details of the available positions along with essential and desirable qualifications are given below:
1. Post: Mechanical Shift Operators
2. Contract Period: Minimum period of One year, extendable by another one year period.
3. Requirement s: 4
4. Educational Qualification: 10th standard Preference will be given to ITI holders in related trade / discipline
5. Post Qualification Experience as on date of Walk in Interview: Minimum ten (10) years post qualification working experience in any Govt./ Public/ Private sector organization of repute with preference to be given for experience in Cement Industry
6. Remuneration per month: The maximum monthly fixed remuneration for ITI holders will be Rs. 15,000/- plus Rs.3,000/- (Travelling Allowances) And For Non –ITI holders it would be Rs.13,000/- plus Rs.2,000/-(Travelling Allowances)
7. Mechanical Shift Operator
1. Coordinating shift operation of various sections like LS crusher, Raw mill, coal mill, Kiln, cement mill, and packing plant.
2. Coordinate with workmen for material feeding in consultation with CCR operators.
3. Ensure equipment problems & its remedies.
4. Coordinate with production, Electrical and Instrumentation department concerned for operational issues.
5. Assure and support Safety Standards & Zero accident policies.
Age Limit:
Upper age limit as on the date of walk in interview for the above posts should not be more than 63 years.

2. Selected candidate will be engaged initially for a period mentioned against the advertised position. Subsequently his/her tenure may be extended depending upon the exigencies of work at sole
discretion of the Management and satisfactory performance of the candidate.
3. The selection of the candidate(s) will be based on the walk-in interview to be held at CCI Ltd., Tandur Cement Factory, Karankote Village , Tandur Mandal, Vikarabad District , Telangana – 501158.
Candidates should report to the venue at 10.00 AM on the interview day for registration.
4. Canvassing in any form is liable to rejection of the candidature.
5. The Centre will not provide accommodation & TA / DA for candidates appearing for the interview.
