Recruitment/Engagement of FLC Counsellor at FLCC Shahdol, Anuppur, Dindori centre, Office Assistant at RSETI Dindori centre, Attender and Guard cum Gardener at RSETI Anuppur, Dindori and Shahdol centre on Contractual basis

1. Position: FLC Counselor At FLCC – Shahdol, Anuppur, Dindori

2. Essential: (i) Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University

3. Experience/other eligibility criteria: 

(i) Should have retired from bank as Scale-II & above for FLCs

(ii) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.

(iii) He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.

(iv) He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.

(v) Should be well conversant with local language.

(vi) Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district

4. Desirable:

Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred

5. Contract Amount And Other Travelling Expenses:The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 15,000/- p.m.

1. Position: Office Assistant at RSETIDindor

2. Essential: Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge

3. Experience/other eligibility criteria: 

Should be well conversant with the local language Should be resident of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre

4. Desirable: Knowledge in basic accounts& book keeping.

5. Contract Amount And Other Travelling Expenses: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs. 12000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

1. Position: Attender at RSETIShahdol Anuppur and Dindori

2. Essential: 12th pass with knowledge of local language

3. Experience/other eligibility criteria: Ability to read and write in local language

5. Contract Amount And Other Travelling Expenses: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.8000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

1. Position: Guard cum Gardener At RSETI – Anuppur and Dindori

2. Essential: Pass 7th standard

3. Experience/other eligibility criteria: Should be conversant with local language. Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI centre.

4. Desirable: Person with above education qualification and working experience as horticulture and Agriculture, will get preference

5. Contract Amount And Other Travelling Expenses: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.6000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
