Position : Recruitment Notification for engaging Different Professionals for Project Management Unit (PMU) in office of State Project Director (SPD), Samagra Shiksha, Telangana, Hyderabad.

1. Name of the post: PMU for SSP – Manager (Media & documentation)

2. No. of positions: 01

3. Job Chart: 

a) To anchor Capacity building activities in strengthening of school project including design of IEC materials, training modules, training calendars and conduct of trainings.

b) To research, write and edit all media content, implement, and manage media relations, and deliver public relations and communication plans.

c) Develop the document management plan and update it, as needed.

4. Qualification & Experience: Post-graduation in Media communication/Journalism/Media and Mass Communication/Social Sciences/English or any other relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Media & documentation of projects, of which 2 to 3 years in government sector is must. Experience of the following is must:

a) documentation of project and its activities

b) handling social media communication

c) Design and development of IEC material

d) handling capacity building programs (TNA, training calendar, training material development, conduct of training feedback, analysis, improvisation, etc.)

5. Skill required: 

a) Proven skills in content writing and editing skills (English and Telugu)

b) Report writing

c) Analytical skills

d) Handling of social media

e) Handling capacity building programs

f) Exposure to visual communication software/tools

g) Efficient handling of communication tools such as Email, zoom, web browsers, WhatsApp, etc. for information dissemination

6. Salary: INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month
