Position : Recruitment Notification for engaging Different Professionals for Project Management Unit (PMU) in office of State Project Director (SPD), Samagra Shiksha, Telangana, Hyderabad.

1. Name of the post: PMU for SSP – Finance Assistant

2. No. of positions: 01

3. Job Chart: 

a) Undertake day-to-day operations within the department

b) Preparation of monthly and periodical reports

c) Handle budget and expenditure related matters,

d) Maintenance of organization’s bookkeeping records, budgets, and taxes.

e) Posting of entries into the accounting system/software

f) Undertake accounts finalisation, taxation, compliance in financial matters, etc.

g) Handling audit matters

4. Qualification & Experience: Inter C.A., /CA/CMA/M. Com/MBA (Finance), Minimum 5 years of experience of which 2 to 3 years of experience in Government sector. Experience in following is must:

a) managing accounts covering budgeting, expenditure management, book-keeping, preparation of final accounts, handling taxation matters, audit matters, etc.

b) Knowledge of working on Tally or any other accounting software.

5. Skill required: 

a) Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

b) High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

c) Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, etc.

d) Managing all direct & indirect tax processes & ensuring compliance 

e) Knowledge of tax preparation software

f) Proficiency in preparing financial statements

g) Data query/data management abilities

h) Independent research skills

6. Salary: INR 40,000 to 45,000 per month
