Terms and Conditions:

1. That he/she should visit the dispensary of ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya for at least three days in a week on three alternate/ccntinuous days in a week (at least 12 visits per month) and he/she should attend the authorized patients (the employees and members of their family).

2. That he/she should also attend and administer medical aid to the authorized patients of the ICAR Institute including Centers at his/her clinic/chamber at ICAR Residential Colony and any other relevant duties assigned by the Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya.

3. That he/she should get fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- only per month.

4. No dearness allowance or any other type allowance is admissible over and above consolidated remuneration.

5. That he/she should attend any employee of the Institute, if called for a special case outside the routine duty hours as referred above, he/she will be paid fee for this as per Medical Attendance Rule. As regards leaves, he/she will be entitled only casual leave of 8 days and Restricted Holidays for 2 days ina year.

6. No vehicle or transport allowance will be provided for visiting the Institute. That he/she should also carry out ordinary first aid work as and when necessary in respect Qf authorized patient.

7. That he/she should take necessary preventive measures by obtaining the assistance of Public Health Department or by himself/herself, such as giving vaccination cr inoculation to the staff if & when necessary.

8. That he/she should look after the efficient and proper running of the Institute Dispensary as regards to medicines, equipments and supervision of the work of the Dispensary staff is concerned.

9. The appointment should be purely contractual. In the event, if he/she desires to resign or the competent authority not finding his/her services satisfactory, one month notice will be required to be given from either side.

10. He/she will have no claim for continued employment in ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region.

11. However, Director, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, reserves the right to terminate the engagement without assigning any reason.

12. That he/she should produce original certificates as regards to qualification, experience, no objec!ion certificate (if employed).

13. The candidate must be free from any legal proceeding/vigilance case & an undertaking to this effect is essential for undertaking this assignment.

14. That if the declaration or information furnished by him/her proves to be false or found to have willfully suppressed, he/she will be liable for removal from services immediately and other such action as may be deemed fit by the Competent Authority.

15. Other conditions of the service will be governed bv the rules and orders which may be issued from time to time by Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

2. The Walk-in-Interview will be held on 02 nd March, 2021 at 11:00 AM sharp, at the Committee Room of this Institute. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk in Interview.

3. The applicant must bring with them complete bio-data i.e. Name, Address, Mobile No., Educational Qualification, MCI registration No, & Experience etc. in original with one recent passport size photograph along with one set of relevant documents at the time of interview.

4. No Objection Certificate from the employer, in case, the candidate(s) employed elsewhere.
