Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a Government owned company, has been set up for implementation and operation of the rail-based Mass Rapid Transit System in Delhi. The company intends to appoint the following official:

1. Name of the Post: Director (Finance)
2.Date of Vacancy: 01.04.2021
3.Scale of the Post: Rs.180000 - 340000 (IDA) and other allowances/perks/privilege.
4.Duration of Appointment: The appointment will be on a contract basis presently, for a period of 5 years, or, the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier
5.Qualification : a) The applicant should have the qualification of CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent MBA / Equivalent must be a full time 2-year course, from a University / Institute recognized by the UGC / Accreditation body. OR
b) The incumbent should be a graduate with first class in any discipline, with a proven track record in an organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Service of the Government of India, viz, IA&AS, IRAS, IDAS, etc.
6.Experience - Essential: - Experience of resource mobilization, project financing, budget, financial control, cash flow management, dealings with international funding agencies, international contract management, including global tenders, project evaluation, taxation and monitoring of receivables in projects of repute
7.Eligible Pay Scale (to be reckoned as on 01/04/2021) :
a. Public Sector Executives in the pay scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000 (Revised), or, Rs. 51300-73000 (Pre-revised IDA), or, higher. OR Officers working in Level 14 of the 7th CPC or Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) (with Grade Pay of Rs.10000 in Pay Band 4 of CDA Grade of Rs. 37400-67000 (Prerevised), or, higher.
b. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale shall be two years as on 01.04.2021
8.Job Description and Responsibilities The incumbent shall be a member of the Board of Directors of DMRC and will report to, the Managing Director of the Company. He/she shall be responsible for all Finance related work in DMRC. He/she will be the overall in-charge of the finance, accounts, audit functions and fund management of the organization and shall be responsible for evolving and formulating policies, relating to finance and accounts, as well as, implementation thereof.

2. The last date of receipt of complete application in hard copy in DMRC shall be 22/03/2021. In case of soft copies, the applications received on the designated email id ([email protected]) till 22/03/2021 (11.59 PM) shall be considered. No application shall be entertained under any circumstances after the stipulated date. Incomplete applications, applications not in format, applications received after the stipulated date, shall be REJECTED.
