Qualification in Details:

The East Delhi Municipal Corporation intends to fill up following posts through deputation basis:-

1. Position: Administrative Officer/ Assistant Assessor and Collector

2. No of Posts: 3

3. Level Of the Pay Matrix: Level-9 of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC (Pre-revised PEV2 Rs 9300- 34800+Grade Pay Rs. 5400)

4. Eligibility Criteria: 

a. Officers under the Central Govt./State Govt Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; OR  With 2 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4800 or equiavalent revised to Pay Level-8 under 7th CPC, in the parent cadre/department; OR With 3 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto regular basis in the Pay Band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4600 or equivalent revised to Pay Level-7 under 7th CPC in the parent cadre! department: and

b. Possessing following essential qualifications and experiences:A Degree from a recognised university. 3 years experience of and valuation of properties or administrative experience in a responsible position.

1. Position: Deputy Commissioner

2. No of Posts: 2

3. Level Of the Pay Matrix: Pay Level-13 Rs. of 123100 - 215900 of the Pay Matrix under 7th CPC, corresponding to Pay Band-4 Rs.37400 - 67000+ Grade Pay Rs. 8700 under 6th CPC.

4. Eligibility Criteria: Officers of the IAS with 11 years' services as such OR Officers holding analogous post in parent department in Level- 13 of the Pay Matrix under 7th CPC OR Officers of Central Service Croup 'A' with 5 years service rendered after regular appointment to a post in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix under 7th CPC
