Terms and conditions

1. This Advertisement for recruitment of the above posts is for the tenure period of 5 years.

2. The tenure may be extended for further period subject to requirement of management and satisfactory performance during service. Further, Management also reserves the right to absorb the candidates on regular basis upon completion of 5 years tenure period or extension thereof based on requirement of management and satisfactory performance.

3. Teaching experience of 5 years in Senior Secondary Level (class XI- XII) is required for PGT post. 5 years of experience is required in Middle/High School level (VI to X) for TGT posts and it is 2 years in Primary level (I-V) for PRT posts. Only post qualification experience in CBSE/ICSE Schools will be considered as experience.

4. 2 years of post qualification experience in CBSE/ICSE Schools is required for the post of Librarian and Counsellor. In respect of post of JOA, 2 years of experience in administration/ accounts in any Educational Institution is mandatory. 

5. Period of experience will be computed as on the date of release of this advertisement.

6. Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% in Graduation and 50% in teaching subjects in B.Ed course for posts at Sl. No. 1 to 6. Candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% in
Graduation & PG and 50% in teaching subjects in B.Ed course for posts at Sl. No.7. For posts at Sl. No. 8 to 14, candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% from Diploma/Graduation onwards.

7. Wherever, the candidates have obtained grades in place of marks, candidates have to convert the grades into marks based on the conversion formula meant for their University/Institute and fillin in the application form. The onus is on the candidate to provide the documentary evidence for the conversion formula at the time of certificate verification.

8. Candidates should possess good communication skills in English.

9. Integrated course offered by Regional College of Education would be equated with Graduation and recognized Degree/Diploma in Education. However, candidate should be a Graduate in/with the subject in all the years for the post applied for. 

10. Experience of one academic year refers to 10 months, excluding summer vacation.

11. Candidate must attach Experience certificate wherever applicable. In case of a candidate who is working at the time of submitting application, an Appointment letter and latest Salary certificate/Salary slip from the current employer will also be accepted in lieu of Experience Certificate.

12. Application with incomplete information or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.

13. The selection will be done through Written Test, Demo and Interview for teaching posts and selection of Counsellor, Librarian and JOA would be done through Written Test and interview.

14. The date, time and venue of the Demo and Interview will be intimated only to the short-listed candidates by E-mail/ Telephonically.

15. Internal candidates are eligible to apply subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as notified. The organization reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. The organization also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/ recruitment at any stage due to any administrative reasons. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The Decision of School Management is final on all matters.

16. The organization reserve the right to shortlist the candidates to be called for Written Test depending upon the number of applications received.

17. Candidate(s) applying for more than one post, is required to pay the application fee separately. 

18. Copies of testimonials pertaining to qualification (SSLC, PUC, Graduation, Post Graduation & B.Ed.), Age, Experience certificate/ Appointment letter along with latest pay slip etc are mandatorily required to be enclosed along with application.

19. Applications received through other modes viz. , Fax/ E-mail etc will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. No application will be received in person. Applications received after the due date will not be considered. 

20. Any sort of canvassing or influencing the Officials related to the recruitment/Selection Process would result in immediate disqualification of the candidate.

Selection Procedure

1. Application should be sent to Secretary, HAL Gnanajyoti School, HAL East Extension Township, - 560037 GBJ Colony, Marathahalli Post, Bangalore on or before  30.01.2021 at 1800 hrs (Candidates compulsorily should superscribe the envelope with the name of the post applying for).

2. The Application has to be sent through Ordinary Post/Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier only. Applications received through other modes viz., Fax/ E-mail etc will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. No application will be received in person. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
