Qualification in Details:

Post Name: Officer – Partnership Development

A. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in implementation of agribusiness projects of AIP-ICRISAT across various locations
2. Project proposal preparation and report writing for the donors
3. Development of marketing, promotion and branding strategy for the various projects
4. Assist in development of MIS platforms for various projects on need basis
5. Donor acquisition and servicing based on the deliverables
6. Facilitating projects & institutional partnership with the private sector for AIP through networking and liaison
7. Develop mechanisms of working with ICRISAT scientist on PPP mode to enhance the outcomes of ICRISAT
8. Liaise with the international donors for establishment of similar platforms in the developing countries of the world
9. Organizing programs, trainings, conference, seminars and others
10. Tracking the progress of AIP projects for its effective delivery of services to its clients
11. Liaise with the team members of other programs in enhancing the operations of AIP for enhanced impact
12 .Any other assignment as requested by the management 

B. Essential criteria: 

1. Under-Graduation in agricultural sciences with general MBA or Post Graduation in agribusiness management
2. Minimum five years of relevant industry experience
3. Good computer skills especially in MS OFFICE

C. Desirable:

1. Good writing & communication skills (English – written and spoken) and networking skills
2. Experience working in a multicultural team will be preferred
3. Willing to travel to the project locations across India
