Qualification in Details:
1. Position: Pedagogical Research Associate – MOOCs
2. Key Skills / Abilities / Knowledge required:
a. Strong command over written and spoken English
b. Well versed with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
c. Knowledge of online creative and visual tools is an added advantage
d. Behavioural competencies such as leadership, teamwork, flexibility, communication and initiative
3. Educational qualification and Experience:
a. Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate from of a reputed university
b. Should have minimum 2 years’ experience
4. Domain: Strategy, Accounting and Finance, Public Policy, Business Law, OBHR, Economics
5. Compensation: As per Institute norms
6. Reporting Relationship: The Pedagogical Research Associate will report to Manager – MOOCs
7. Audience/interface: Internal: Faculty, Video Production Team, Instructional Designer, Other key functions with IIMB like Estate and Computer Centre, External: Vendors, Industry Experts, MOOC learners, EdX
8. This position is on contract. Selected candidates should be prepared to take up the assignment immediately. Maximum age limit for being appointed under these Rules will ordinarily not exceed 60 years for Non-teaching staff, subject to discretion from the director.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering online course by working closely with the faculty and MOOC team in terms of:
1. Course Design that defines the details about the course
2. Content creation and research including preparing reading materials and assessments
3. Video recording including assisting for the video shoots, working closely with the camera team in deciding the location and visuals
4. Video editing support for the videos produced which includes preparing edit notes and visual resources (power point slides, images, etc.) as required by working closely with the Instructional Designer
5. Technical course authoring by creating the course on the edX Platform, IIMBx and SWAYAM platform
6. Course TA (Teaching Assistantship) including monitoring the course once it goes live in terms of active participation in the discussion forum as well as revising course, as per learner/instructor feedback.
7. Learner Engagement by enhancing the delivery and by creating knowledge pathways for learners
