1. Name of the Post: Group General Manager (E8)/General Manager (E7) - Finance

2. No of Post: 01

3. Location: New Delhi (transferable as per business requirement)

4. Duration: Three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.

5. Service: IRAS or Finance Cadre of PSU.

6. Scale of Pay: 

a) Rs.37400-67000 GP-10000 (6thCPC)/Level-14 (7thCPC), CDA pattern. (Eligible for E-8) or

b) Rs.37400-67000 GP-8700 (6thCPC)/Level-13 (7thCPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years service in GP/Level. (Eligible for E-8) -OR-

c) Rs.37400-67000 GP-8700 (6thCPC)/Level-13 (7thCPC), CDA pattern with less than 03 years service in GP/Level. (Eligible for E-7) -OR-

d) Rs. 120000- 280000 (E8) IDA scale (Eligible for E-8) -OR-

e) Rs. 100000-260000 (E7) IDA Scale with minimum 06 years in service in E-7 (Eligible for E-8) -OR-

f) Rs. 100000-260000 (E7) IDA Scale with less than 06 years in service in E-7 (Eligible for E-7)

7. Job description: The officer is required for smooth functioning of finance department at Corporate level. He will also coordinate the finance functions at Zonal offices. He will look after the preparation and finalisation of accounts, audit (CAG, Internal Statuary), MOU, Revenue, Capital Budget, Banking & Insurance, Taxation, Catering (Departmental, Licensee and NRC) , Recovery of outstanding etc.

8. Qualification/Experience: IRAS Officer with IT exposure will be preferred. The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific areas as per requirement will be taken into consideration.

9. Perks & Benefits: 

a) Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance as applicable and all other perks and allowances applicable as per IRCTC policy.

b) Medical Allowance (outdoor)-7% of the basic pay if opted for medical facilities of IRCTC & reimbursement of medical expenses for hospitalization.

c) Uniform fitment allowance-7% of the basic pay. Lease/HRA at prescribed rate etc. For IDA pay scale included in cafeteria approach of 35%.
