1. A candidate applying for one or more of the positions should send by cmail to [email protected] before 20 January 2021, with subject: ACMUPLP/Visiting Recruitment 2020-21 a zip folder of PDF files only, for (1) Cover letter addressed to the Head, Advanced Computing and Microelectronics Unit, ndian Statistical Institute stating in English the Titlels) of the above listed research projects interested in order of preference and (2) Current resume stating particulars oft (a) Name (ln block letters), (b) Academic Qualifications (mentioning the percentage of marks obtained starting fromn 10th board examinations onwards), (0) Experience (if any), (d) Date of binth, (e) sC/ST/OBC/Differently abled status,() Contact details with (i) Mailing Address, (ii) e-mail Address, (ii) Telephone/Mobile No., (iv) Aadhaar No.; along with self attested copies of all documents/testimonials. At the time of joining. sclected candidates have to produce all relevant documentstestimonials in original for verification and a medical certificatle of ftness from the Medical Oticer of the Institute.

2. Failing this, the institute will offer the position to the next candidate in the merit list prepared for this purpose. A resume with incomplete information will be summarily rejected. Applicants shortlisted for interview (online or in person) written test will be notified in the last week of January 2021 by e-mail to the address provided in the application, maintaining all preventive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 Global epidemic as directed by the Government of India.
