Applications are invited for one post of “Research Associate (RA)” to work in an ICMR funded project entitled “Non-Coding Variants and Fine Tuning of Childhood Obesity Genes”.
1. Name of the Post: Research Associate (RA)

3. Salary: Salary as per ICMR rules.
4. Minimum qualification: Ph.D. degree in any branches of experimental biological sciences and chemical sciences like Life Sciences, Zoology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields. The candidate should have good academic record and know molecular biology techniques like SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, Real-time PCRalong with ELISA assays. Candidate should have at least one published original scientific paper in a journal recognised by JCR, ISI.
5. The selected candidates will be appointed purely on temporary basis. Initially for one year that may be extended based on the performance. The position is purely temporary in nature and will terminate with project completion.
Age below 35 years at the time of application. Age relaxation will be applicable to different categories following Govt. Guidelines.

2. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
