Applications are invited for a post of Junior Research Fellow  in a ICMR-funded Project entitled: "Analysis of protein aggregation in sialic acid deficient cells” (Reference Number:20-3314/CMB/Adhoc-BMS)'' at School of Biotechnology, JNU. The selected candidate will be appointed purely on temporary basis, initially for one year that may be extended based on the performance on yearly basis till the completion of project.

1. Position: Junior Research Fellow (1)

2. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must have a Master’s degree (with minimum 55% marks)  in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology /Life Sciences/ Biosciences or any other related field with relevant experience

3. Desirable: Basic knowledge of working in the molecular biology laboratory with mammalian cells alongwith basic computational skills would be a plus. Also NET qualified candidates may get preference.

4. Salary: Rs. 31000/- pm + HRA as per ICMR norms

5. Appointment will be purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on qualifications/experience depending on the number of applications received.
