General Conditions:

1. The essential qualifications for the Medical Officers & Staff Nurses are mentioned above. These qualifications should be recognized by MCI/ NMCl or UP State Nursing Council. 

2. The details of the advertisement can be seen on the University website:http://kgmu.org. 

3. Only forms in attached format will be accepted. The submission of scanned application form is to be done by email to [email protected] 

4. The university reserves the right to fill or not to fill any advertised posts. 

5. Last date of submission of application form is 10.02.2021. 

6. All certificates, educational, experience or any other relevant certificate in original should be brought at the time of interview. 

7. The university reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons. 

8. Number of posts can increase or decrease without assigning any reason thereof.

9. Scrutiny and screening of all the applications received through email will be done by the university.

11. After interview and joining of Medical Officers & Staff Nurses, & Monitoring & Evaluation Officer if any post remains vacant, it will be filled by waiting lists. If waiting list is exhausted then separate walk-in-interview will be done from the office of the HOD, Deptt. Of Obst & Gynecology, KGMU, Lko.

12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, KGMU, Lucknow will be final.

13. Please fill & submit form by email and bring all documents and 4 copies of passport size photograph along with self attested copies of qualification, experience, publications, awards, caste certificate from UP Govt. (if applicable) and any other relevant documents at the time of interview.

14. Reservation norms for SC/ST/OBC & EWS in Medical Education shall be determined as per the U.P. Govt. rules only. Such applicants must have caste certificate from government of U.P. only and not from other states.

15. Persons working in government should submit their application and No-Objection Certificate issued by their present employer should be produced at time of interview

16. Jurisdiction is Allahabad High Court at Lucknow Bench, Lucknow Only.

Candidates may be short listed for interview by university, subject to number of applications against advertised post wherever required

Apply Procedure

1. Last date of submission of application:

a. Application must be submitted in given format by email. Original application form must be brought at time of interview. 

b. Note: Abbreviations. UR means unreserved, SC means schedule caste and OBC means other backward caste, EWS means economically weaker section. 

c. The candidates are requested to report at 9.00 A.M. on 17.02.2021 at Kalam Centre, KGMU, Lko for walk in interview with all the original documents. Candidates are requested to visit University website: http://kgmu.org regularly for new updation. 

d. The list of candidates whose application has been received and who are being called for the interview will be displayed on website on 15th Feb 2021. All applicants must check the list & come at allotted time slot.

e. No separate call letter will be sent for this purpose. 

f. No T.A./D.A. will be permissible.
