Applications on prescribed format are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following posts by deputation as specified below so as to reach by 10.12.2020.

3. Essential Qualification and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Arts/Science from a recognized University. Holding analogous posts on regular basis or 5 years regular service in the pre- revised pay scale Rs.6500 - 10500 or 8 years regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.5500 - 9000/- having working experience in the Accounts, Finance & Budgetary matters and other related field / Organized Accounts Cadre / Assam Financial Services etc. Passed in the Subordinate Accounts Service/JAO or equivalent examination conducted by any of the Accounts Department of the Central Government.
Below 56 years.
1. Candidates who do not fulfill requirement of advertisement need not apply.
2. Allowances will be as per Central Government rates as adopted by this Institute from time to time.
3. Candidates working in State/Central Govt./PSU/ Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel Or submit "No Objection Certificate.

5. The crucial date for reckoning the age limit shall be the last date for receipt of application.
6.Incomplete application or not in prescribed format and application received after last date will be summarily rejected.

8. Mere fulfillment of minimum requirement does not entail a candidate to be called for/shortlisted for interview/written examination.
1. The time-scale of pay of State Government/CentraI Autonomous Body/PSUs should be identical with the pay scale of Government of India (GOI).
2. Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other organization/department shall ordinarily not exceed 03 (Three) years.
3. Departmental candidate in the feeder category who are in direct line Of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration on deputation.
