General Instructions

1. The prescribed Applicün Format iS given on the Councirs '.wbsite www.nctm.nic.in and intereste&eligible candidates must apply in the prescribed format only alongwith detailed CV(attach all tie relevant docurnents h support of qualification. experience. date of birth and category to which belong).
2. Candidates applying against the deputation posts must ensure that the applications should be routed through proper channel with advance copy mailed. The application routed through proper channel should accompany ACRs of bst 5 years. Vigilance clearance certificate and copies of testimonials stx)uld also be furnished.
3. The persons with the Degree of Disability of minimum 40% are eligible for applying for tic posts earmarked for PWD Category. V%erever posts which are earrnarked suitable for PWD category but no vacancy exist in that particular category of disability; will not be considered for any relaxation/ at any Stage Of recruitment.

2. Executive Officer: To be filled by Deputation (Method of Selection- Personal Interview.)

3. Stenographer Grade C: To be filled by Deputation (Method of Selection - Written Test followed by Skill Test.)

4. LDC - To be filled on direct Recruitment basts (Method of Selection - Written Test followed by Skill Test.)

5. Stenographer Grade D: To be filled on direct Recruitment basis: (Method of Selection- Written Test followed by Skill Test.)
