Sub: Engaging Teachers purely on Contract Basis / per period basis in AEC Schools, Hyderabad for the Academic Year 21-22.
It is proposed to conduct Written Test and Skill Test for engaging teachers on contract basis against the vacancies (including leave vacancies) that may arise during the year 2021-22 in the following posts.
1. Category: Preparatory Teacher, PRTs, TGTs
2. Pay:
a. Preparatory Teacher, PRT: Rs. 21250/- Per month (Consolidated) OR Rs. 170/- per period restricted to maximum 05 periods a day
b. TGT: Rs. 26250/- per month (Consolidated) OR Rs. 210/- per period restricted to maximum 05 periods a day
3. Educational and other Qualifications for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Post
a. TGT (English) English as a subject in Graduation in all the three years and B.Ed with English as a teaching subject.
b. TGT (Social Science) Graduation in any two of the following subjects in at least two years…. History, Geography, Economics and Political Science of which one must be either History or Geography and B.Ed. with Social Science or any subject of Social Science as a teaching subject.
c. TGT (Hindi/Sanskrit) Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Graduation for all the three years and B.Ed. with Hindi or Sanskrit as a teaching subject.
d. TGT (Maths/Physics) Mathematics and Physics in Graduation in at least two years and B.Ed. with subject of science as a teaching subject.
e. TGT (Bio./Chemistry) Chemistry and Botany/Zoology in Graduation for at least two years and B.Ed. with any subject of Science as a teaching subject.
f. TGT (PET) Male, Female: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks OR equivalent CGPA OR Equivalent Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks OR equivalent CGPA along with a copy of UGC notification authorizing the recognition of this course to be equivalent to B.P.Ed.
g. PRTs
a. Pass in Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA with English as a subject in +2 level and two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) from recognized Institution. OR Pass in Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate of its equivalent with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA with English as a subject in +2 level and four years Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) from recognized Institution. OR
b. Pass in Senior Secondary/Higher Secondary School Certificate Test or Intermediate or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in aggregate with English as a subject in +2 level and two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed) from a Recognized Institution. & Pass in Paper-I of Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE.
3. Preparatory Teacher
a. Essential:
(i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University / Institution’s norms). OR Intermediate or its equivalent with 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/Institution’s norms).
(ii) Full time Diploma in ECCEd./NST/PPTT from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University / Institution’s norms).
(iii) English as a subject in class XII is manatory.
(iv) They should have studied Hindi as a subject in their course.
Minimum Age as on (01-04-2021): 35 years
1. Candidates must submit application along with the complete bio-data giving details of age, qualification, experience and address for correspondence with contact numbers, e-mail id and passport size photograph. A set of attested photo copies of required mark sheets and certificates must be attached with the application.
2. Candidates must bring the original certificates on the day of written test for verification. Candidates not bringing the original certificates will not be allowed to appear for the written test.
3. Candidates must submit separate applications for each post, if applying for more than one post.
4. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the written test and skill test for the candidates.
5. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
6. Xerox copies of marks list of + 2 and Graduation level (all three years) must be enclosed with application.
7. Marks scored by the candidate in both the years in case of Intermediate, 12th marks conducted by CBSE or any other board in case of +2 will be taken for deciding the cut off marks for short listing the candidates for the post of PRTs.
8. Marks scored by the candidate in all the three years of graduation including languages will be taken for deciding the cut of marks for short listing the candidates for the post of TGT.
9. Candidates who have not submitted Xerox copies of the marks (required for calculation of % of marks) of Intermediate Board or equivalent examination for the post of PRT will be rejected.
10. Candidates who have not submitted Xerox copies of the marks (required for calculation of % of marks) of all the three years / all four years of Integrated course conducted by the board / NCERT / University will be rejected for the post of TGT.
11.CTET qualification is a must for PRTs & TGTs.

A. Only short listed candidates will be called for the following:
i) Written Test – The screening shall be made through objective type of test (MCQs) for 50 marks in the respective subject for 1 ½ hour. Candidates scoring 50 % or above (Gen) and 45 % or above (SC/ST) will be considered for Skill test.
ii) Skill Test – Candidates shortlisted will be called for Skill Test. The Selected candidates will be empanelled and the same will be operated as and when vacancies arise in AEC Schools, Hyderabad during the Academic Year 2021 – 22.

Candidates have to submit duly filled in application with all relevant Xerox copies of documents (application form is to be downloaded from www.nfc.gov.in: www.aecshyd1.edu.net; www.aecshyd2.edu.net; www.amd.gov.in; www.ecil.co.in and drop it with copies of certificates in the box placed at Security Office, entrance of DAE Colony, D-Sector Gate, ECIL Post, Hyderabad – 500 062 from 0800 hours on 22.02.2021 to 1500 hours on 25.02.2021.
