In pursuance of General Administration Department, Dispur's letter No. GAG(B)259/2016/Pt.l/122, Dtd. 15-10-2020, online application are invited through the official website from eligible candidates who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 8 of the constitution of India domiciled in the State of Assam for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant Post in the Establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Lakhimpur in the Pay Bands & Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under the rules

4. Educational qualification: Class VIII passed.

1. The Date and Venue of Written examination will be intimated in the Admit Card and also will be notified through the https:/lniyukti.assam.gov.in/dclakhimpur, http://lakhimpur.nic.in .
2. Candidature of candidates is provisional and the Committee has the right to accept or reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of recruitment after proper scrutiny of the educational and other relevant documents.
3. No application fees shall be paid by the candidates and canvassing directly or indirectly in any form by the candidate shall lead to disqualification of his candidature.
4. The selected candidates for appointment shall have to give an undertaking that they will abide by New Pension Scheme Rule of Govt. of Assam alongwith Joining Report.

1. Candidates, whose applications are accepted as per eligible criteria will be required to appear in an objective type written examination.
2. The written examination will of 100 marks for 02:00 hours duration.
3. The selection will be strictly on merit basis.
4. The syllabus of Written Examination:-
(i) General Knowledge :- 50 marks
(ii) General English :- 25 marks
(iii) Language skill in Assamese :- 25 marks
