Applications are invited for the following vacant posts of Teachers (Assistant Professors) on regular basis in PT. B.D. Sharma Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak. 

1. Post Name: Teacher ( Assistant Professor-Medical)- i). Medicine ii) Surgery iii) Emergency Medicine

3. Pay Scale as per 7 CPC: The pay will be fixed under FPL-II as per 7th CPC + NPA as EEr instruction + Learning Resource Allowance @ 20000 Conveyance Allowance @ Rs. 1650/-P.M.+ Academic Allowance @ Rs.2500- P.M. and other admissible allowances.

4. Teacher (Assistant Professor- Super-specialty)-

i) Neurology
ii) Nephrology
iii) Burn & Plastic Surgery
iv) Paediatric Surgery
v) Cardiology
vi) Cardiac Surgery
vii) Neuro-Surgery
viii) Endocrinology
x) Neonatology
xi) Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
xii) Surgical Oncology

8. Teacher (Assistant Professor -Medical)  - A basic university qualification included in the schedule to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). MS/MD or equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by the Medical Council of IndiaNMC in the subject concerned.

ii. Experience years teaching Three experience in the specialty concerned in a recognized Medical College as Resident/ Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor out of which one year should be after post-graduate ualification.

9. Teacher (Assistant Professor)- Emergency Medicine  - A basic university qualification included in the schedule to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). MDIDNB (Emergency Medicine) or MD/DNB (General Medicine) or MD/DNB (General Surgery) or NID/DNB (Respiratory Medicine) or MD'DNB (Anaesthesia) or MS/ DNB (Orthopaedics) with two years training in Emergency Medicine

ii. Three years teaching experience in any of the mentioned under the 'Qualification' in a recognized Medical College as Resident] Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor out of which one year should be after post-graduate ualification.

10. Teacher (Assistant Professor)- Super—specialty - A basic university qualification in the schedule to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). DM/ M.Ch or qualification recognized by the Medical Council of IndiwNMC in the subject concerned.

ii. As Registrar/ Resident" Demonstrator/ Tutor OR an equivalent post in the conæ•ned super-specialty for three years in a Medical College recognized by the Council of Medical India,'NMC.

11. Teacher (Assistant Professor) — Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine - MS/ MD, DM (Pulmonary & Critical Care) OR (Pulmonary Medicine)/ Respiratory Diseases with DNB in Critical Care with I year experience OR DNB in Medicine/Paediatrics/ Respiratory Diseases with DNB in Critical care with I year experience

ii. Essential:- Requisite recognized Post Graduate Qualification as specified in Academic qualifications'. Three years teaching experience in the subject(s) specified in 'Academic qualifications' as Senior Resident/ Registrar

12. Teacher (Assistant Professor) — Surgical Oncology - A basic university qualification included in the schedule to Indian Medical Council Act 1956. M.Ch. (Surgical Oncology)/ MS (Surgery) or MS (ENT) or MS (Orthopaedics) or M.D. (Obst. & Gynae.) with 02 years special training in Surgical Oncology.

ii. recognized Requisite specialization in the qualification subject 3 years teaching experience in Surgical Oncology in a recognized Medical College as Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor.

Age Limit:

As on before the last date of submission of applications Not less than 25 years or not more than 55 years.

Application Fees:

Rs. 1000/- for General Category and Rs. 250/- for Reserved Categories (for Haryana Domicile only). PH & ESM candidates are exempted from the application fee.

Documents Required:

1. 10th Class Certificate for proof of Date of Birth.

2. Certificate for proof of reservation category, if applicable.

3. MBBS, MD/MS, Post Doctoral Degrees.

4. Attempt certificate during various degree programs.

5. MCI (now NMC) or State Medical registration certificate for MBBS and subsequent qualifications as applicable.

6. Certificate of additional qualifications where applicable.

7. Experience Certificate.

8. Photocopies of the research publications along with copy of proof of indexing status of the journal in which the research article is published.

9. Certificate of presentation of the research article at a conference.

10. Sports certificate for prize or position in an international/ national/ inter university sports or athletic meet.

11. College Colour Certificate for Sports.

12. Any other certificate.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Date of interview schedule shall be displayed on the website www.uhsr.ac.in NO separate letters will sent by post. hence the applicants are advised to visit the university website regularly.

2. The Applicants who are already in Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation or Autonomous Body Service should send application through their respective Head of Institute or 'No Objtntion Cenificate' may be submitted at the time of interview failing which the applicant will not be allowed/ considered for interview, NOC may not be older than three months.

3. Further, the candidature of applicants who have resigned from their posts will considered if their resignation has been accepted from their employer.

7. All these should be submitted at the time of interview. Mere submission of the application and call for interview does not mean that the applicant is eligible for the post applied for.

8. The eligibility shall be verified before the interview us per the qualifications. experience and other terms and conditions given in the advertisement.

9. For the psts of Teacher (Assistant Professor- Medical), only the experience gained in a Medical College which is permitted/ recognized by the MCI (now NMC) will be counted towards teaching experience.

10. Details of the Research worW Publications (in annotated form) indicating index/ non-index status and Impact Factor of the journal must be submitted at the time of interview. Best five research works along with citations by relevant documents must also be furnished at the time of interview.

11. Any other relevant outstanding National/ Inter-national achievements in the profession supported by the documents, if any, must also be supplied. Number of is liable to increase or decrease, including complete withdrawal without assigning any reason.

12. The SC/BC candidates are required to submit SC/BC certificate duly issued by the competent authority at the time of interview. In addition to the above uny other certificate of extracurricular activities (sports) i.e. Prize or position in an international/national/inter-university/ athletic meet and college colour. if any. must also be supplied.

13. ESM/DESM are required to produce the fresh Eligibility Certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Boards at the time of interview. The candidates applying for PH category should submit certificate issued by the Authorized Medical Board.

14. In case any applicant belonging to Scheduled Castes or Backward Classes or any other reserved category applies against General Category post, he/ she must fulfil the conditions of eligibility regarding age/ application fee, etc. as are meant for General Category candidates.

15. In case any discrepancy is detected in the document submitted by the applicant or in the process of selection, at any stage even after the issue of appointment order, the University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the applicants.

16. The decision of the appointing authority in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of application, eligibility/ suitability of the applicants, mode and criteria for selection etc. shall be final and binding on the applicants.

17. All disputes to the recruitment of various posts shall fall within the jurisdiction of Rohtak only. The prescribed qualification, experience and age limit etc. shall be reckoned as on the closing date of submission of applications.

18. The degrees of undergraduate/ postgraduate/ DM/M.Ch/DNB not by the MCI (now NMC)/NBE as applicable shall render the applicant ineligible for the said post.

19. Submission of incomplete application and received after the closing date & time will not be entertained and application form be rejected automatically and the fee shall be forfeited.

20. This university will not held responsible for any postal delays & loss of application.

21. Any change in the category mentioned in the application form after the closing date/time of application form will not be allowed. Separate application form may be submitted for separate post.

BD. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. 50% concession in the above fee is granted to the women candidates as per Govt. instructions. PH & ESM candidates are exempted from the application fee
