With reference to Advertisement No. 6/2021 regarding the Walk in Selection for the positions of Junior Research Fellow (Geospatial Technology
1. Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (Geospatial Technology)
2. No. of Post: 10
3. Essential Qualifications: First class Bachelor degree. Postgraduate degree in Remote Sensing and GIS/ Geoinformatics/ Geospatial Technology (or related subjects of geospatial domain only) OR First class Bachelor degree Postgraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences/Civil Engineering/Water Resource Engineering /Geology /Geography/ Earth Sciences / Computer Science and Engineering /Computer Applications WITH Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Remote Sensing and GIS OR ONE year professional experience in GIS/RS application from reputed organization in lieu of PGD
4. Candidate having more experience and qualifications in relevant field and meeting all criteria as prescribed against post shall be given weightage.

6. Canvassing in any form will lead to summarily rejection of candidature and blacklisting of candidates.
7. PRSC reserve the right to fill or partially fill or not to fill or may increase or decrease the number(s) of the above positions. In all cases decision of Director, PRSC is final and binding.
8. PRSC is not responsible for any delays and late submission such applications will not be considered and summarily rejected.
9. The details of online payment will have to be updated in the application form submitted online on or before due dates given in the last column to be eligible for selection process.
10. Monthly Salary: Rs 25,000 consolidated + HRA

It is mandatory for all candidates to deposit a non refundable fee Rs.800/- for Jr. Research Fellow (JRF)
Note:
Candidates those who cannot produce original degrees (including Provisional Degree Certificate - PDC), Date of Birth, conversion factor of CGPA and Mark sheets etc. will not be entertained.

The candidates particularly outstation who couldn't attend the selection process at PRSC on 7.9.2021 due to strike of buses in Punjab and farmers agitation at different places in the region may attend the online selection process which will be held through Virtual Mode on 15.9.2021
