Qualification in Details:
The posts of Scientist SC is purely on contractual basis (as per detailed advertisement) for a period of five years on yearly basis, and extendable based on candidate's satisfactory performance, review and Project Scheme/Centers requirements. The selected candidates shall be posted at any locations in Punjab/Chandigarh as per the project work requirements.

2. Essential Qualifications:
i. First Class M.E./M. Tech. in Information Technology (IT)/EIectronics and Communication (EC)/Computer Science (CS)/Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). OR First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Information Technology (IT)/
ii. EIectronics & Communication (EC)/Computer Science (CS)/Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and experience of at least one (1) year in the field of Information and Communication Technology, Programming, Mobile/Desktop/Web based Application Development and E-Governancc. and
iii. Must have passed Punjabi language examination upto Matric level or its equivalent standard OR must pass within one year of joining.
3. Desirable Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages (.Net/ASP/VB/C/C++/C#/Python/ Java/Java Script/HTML), Frameworks of Web and Desktop Application Development, RDBMS, Operating System (Linux/Windows), Open- Source Tools, Web Technologies, Knowledge of A1 and Machine Learning Techniques, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Mobile/Desktop/Web based Application Development and e-Governance. Knowledge of GIS & Remote Sensing will be an added advantage.
4. Pay Scale: Rs.35000/- per month consolidated.

Other Conditions:
1. If any information furnished is found to be wrong or false, candidature of the candidate will be cancelled at any time as and when it comes to the notice and liable for prosecutions as per laws.

3. No TA/DA will be paid.
4. Separate application form along with the non refundable fee as mentioned above is to be filled up in case candidate applies for more than one post.
5. Candidate having more experience and qualifications in relevant field and meeting all criteria as prescribed against each post shall be given weightage.
6. Just screening of candidate may not qualify his/her for the post until go thoroughly to complete selection process and due recommendations and approval of the competent authority.
