4. Job Description:

5. Education: Graduate/PG in Human Resources

6. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations

7. Key Deliverables:

i. Performs day-to-day operations for the Human Resources Department.
ii. Creates presentation, reports and analytics.
iii. Promotes and conducts employee engagement initiatives.
iv. Assists in tasks related to performance management and Learning.
v. Assists in development and implementation of human resources policies.
vi. Ongoing employee lifecycle management support.
vii. Takes initiative to stay informed of and contribute to Center-wide initiatives as appropriate
viii. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and as requested. Assists in other human resources related duties as assigned.

vi. Proven experience in handling HR operations/learning and development function.

ix. Ability to make good PowerPoint presentations using Infographics.
x. Experience in working with a HRMS application will be an advantage
