Qualification in Details:

1. Name of the Post: Analyst - Data Visualization - Power BI

2. Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

3. Education: Any Graduate in any specialization or related field or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree in engineering/ technology preferred

4. Experience/ Qualifications: 
1. Preferred 3-6 years of experience with hands-on experience in developing Power BI Solutions
2. Good knowledge and experience in SQL and Power BI is a must
3. Good to have involved in at least 3 Power BI projects
4. Must have hands-on experience on Power BI tool
5. Involved in developing reports in various formats
6. Predictive Modelling Experience is excellent to have
7. Candidate should have experience in transformation of data with respect to dashboard visuals
8. Candidate should have experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards in Power BI with different sources excel, MS SharePoint and MS SQL
9. Candidate should have experience of custom visuals in Power BI
10. Experience in reporting and analytics around banking data understanding the compliance and other security factors
11. Have a good understanding of data structuring and integration across platforms
12. Experienced in understanding the business needs, translate business requirements into analytical solutions
13. Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work

5. Responsibilities:
1. Be accountable, work independently, assuming ownership of complete project and its related deliverables
2. Understand and define business problems, get all background information and collect relevant data points
3. Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving
4. Adopting and enforcing best practices related to data ingestion and extraction of data from SQL
5. Extract business data from multiple data sources and build automation script to automate the loads
6. Maintenance of existing reports and dashboards for ongoing business changes and enhancements
7. Checking quality of the automated reports and working on any deviations requiring fix
8. Analyse large volumes of data to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement
9. Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses
