Qualification in Details:
Requirement of Consultants on Contract basis
1. Positlon: Team Leader& Road Safety Management Expert
2. Level of Post: Consultant
3. No of Posts: 01
4. Essential Qualification :
A postgraduate degree from a reputable university, equivalent to MBA or similar fields is preferred. The expert will have minimum 15 years of professional experience in the transport sector or related field. At least two years of experience as Team Leader of similar projects in India At least 5 years of experience in field of road safety or similar field in the infrastructure transport sector.
5. The remuneration payable shall be decided in mutual consent after negotiations.
1. Positlon: Health System Expert
2. Level of Post: Consultant
3. No of Posts: 01
4. Essential Qualification :
a. Graduate degree in Medicine/Health/Public Health/Social Science Post-graduation or higher qualification in public health, community health, preventive &social medicine (MPH, MD Community Medicine). The expert will have at least 8 years of post-qualification work experienge in health
b. Graduate degree in Medicine/Health/Public Health/Social Science Post-graduation or higher qualification in public health, community health, preventive & social medicine (MPH, MD Community Medicine). The expert will have at least 8 years of post-qualification work experience in health systems strengthening, program planning or implementation
5. The remuneration payable shall be decided in mutual consent after negotiations.
1. Positlon: Traffic Enforcement Expert
2. Level of Post: Consultant
3. No of Posts: 01
4. Essential Qualification :
7 years experience in traffic enforcement leadership, coordination, policy advice and policing experience, including the line- management of traffic enforcement staff operating a successful general deterrence mode. 5 years experience in design, implementation and evaluation of enforcement related training and development programs
5. The remuneration payable shall be decided in mutual consent after negotiations.

- 2 recent passport size colour photographs.
- High School certificate for proof of Date of Birth.
- Certificates of Academic& Professional qualifications
- Detailed Cv.
- Pension Payment Order.
- Service Certificate, Last Pay-slip, indicating last grade and basic pay drawn issued by the last employer.
- PF No with the last employer.
- Proof of ldentity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc)
- PAN Card
- Proof of different periods of experience as claimed in the Application Form (if applicable)
- Any other document in support of candidature
- Appointment shall be subject to the retired employee being found clear from vigilance angle as per policy of RITES for engagement of retired employees.
