Advertisement For Engagement Of Contract Staff – Specific For Covid-19 Testing. ICMR-RMRIMS, Patna invites application from eligible candidates for the following posts on purely contractual basis specifically for COVID-19 testing upto 31.03.2021:
1. Name of Post: Technical Assistant
2. No. of Posts: One
3. Essential Qualification: Graduate in Life Science subjects relevant to the present need, with three years work experience or Master’s Degree in those subjects
4. Desirable: 6 months experience in Lab work (PCR & RTPCR experience)
5. Consolidated monthly emolument (in Rs.): Rs.31,000/-
6. Job Requirement: To run Automatic RNA Extraction Machine, handling COBAS and other related work

Upper Age limit: 30 years
1. The candidates will have to report for interview on dated 21/01/2021 (Thursday) latest upto at 10:00 AM.
2. If the number of applicant will exceed more than ten written exam may be conducted if required.
3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
4. Age relaxation: Age relaxation to the candidates having essential qualification may be given up to maximum 5 years that includes a) 5 years for SC/ST candidate, b) 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy) candidates, and c) length of laboratory experience in ICMR Institute/Centre or any other recognized Institutions.
5. The appointment will be purely on temporary basis (on contractual basis) upto 31.03.2021.
6. Candidates will have no claim in future for employment under the Institute/ICMR services.
7. During the appointment, if performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the competent authority, the appointment can be terminated any time without any notice.
8. Decision of the Director/DIC, ICMR-RMRIMS, Agamkuan, Patna shall be final.
