Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited, affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited popularly known as “MILMA”, is a professionally managed, fast growing organization engaged in Procurement, Processing & Marketing of Milk and Milk Products with an annual turnover of Rs.1100 Crores
Applications are invited to fill up the post of ‘Managing Director’of the organization. The Managing Director will be the Chief Executive of the Union as per Clause No. 22.1 of the Registered Bye-laws of the Union.
1. Name of the Post: Managing Director
2. Educational Qualification: A Good Degree in Food Technology/Engineering/Dairy Technology/Animal Husbandry/Agriculture/CA, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Business Management. Explanatory note:“Good Degree” means “a 4 years B.Tech/ B.E / B.Sc degree in Food Technology/Engineering/Dairy Technology/Agriculture or 5 year degree in Veterinary Science (Animal Husbandry) from a recognized University
3. Experience: Must have at least 10 years managerial experience, out of which 3 years as overall in-charge of respective field and should be a man of proven managerial competence.
4. Scale of Pay and Other Benefits: Rs.81,875/- – Rs.1,48,945/-, The pay and other allowances will be as per the rules of the Union and Dearness Allowance will be at Kerala State Government rate
The maximum age limit is 55 years as on 01-01-2020.
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
