1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow, DST – Project, SCE
2. Number of positions: One [01]
3. Essential: M.E/M.Tech (Geotechnical Engineering) GATE qualification
4. Desirable: Exposure and knowledge in field investigation, landslide analysis, geotechnical instrumentation, sensors, MASW tests, slope stability analysis using PLAXIS3D, FLAC2D, SLOPEW.
5. Stipend: Rs. 31,000/-per month + 8% HRA (for first two years), Rs. 35,000/- per month + 8% HRA (for third year), The candidate should be willing to register for Ph.D
6. Duration: 3 years.
7. Title of the Project: “Development of Forewarning System for Landslides in The Nilgiris.”
