Qualification in Details:
Title of Project: ICMR funded project entitled ““Development and evaluation of a Recombinase Polymerase AmplificationLateral Flow Assay for rapid detection of Burkholderia pseudomallei [project code “2020-0962”] under Principal Investigator Dr. Bijayini Behera in the Department of Microbiology.
1. Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow
2. No of post: 01
3. Essential Qualification: Post graduate Degree in Basic Science and selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIRUGC, NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
4. Desirable Experience: Certificate course / hands on Experience in Bioinformatics
5. Emoluments: Rs. 31,000 per month plus HRA as admissible
6. Total Project tenure [3 Years ]: 1-year subject to extension
