Applications are invited for engagement (on contractual basis) of Full Time Medical Officer (FTMO), Staff Nurse and Medical Laboratory Technician for the approved U-PHCs in Asansol Municipal Corporation and Durgapur Municipal Corporation of Paschim Bardhaman district. The revised remuneration (consolidated) will be applicable as per the memorandum of Executive director, WB SH & FW samiti, vide Memo.No. HFW-27011/137/2020/1352 dated 29th Dec, 2020. The initial contract period is up to March' 2021 and it may be renewed for further period depending on need and performance of the candidates. A panel will be prepared for posting in future vacancy if any within next one year.

4. Eligibility criteria: Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council / W.B. Nursing Council. OR The candidate should have completed B. Sc. Nursing Course Must be registered under W.B. Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local language.

1. Applicants are requested to visit www.wbhealth.gov.in at the URL " Recruitment" for online application on and from 13th January,2021 onwards. The Last date of Registration and Application is 22nd January, 2021.
2. Application fees in form of Demand Draft is required of Rs. 100 for UR categories and Rs.50 for SCIST/OBC in favour of "DH&FWS Asansol NC Main Samity" payable at Asansol. No D.D or Less amount according to the ætegory is liable to be cancelled.
3. After submission, the printed applied form duly signed by the applicant along with the original D.D. must be reached by Post/ Registered Post/ Courier to the office of The CMOH Office, Kalyanpur Satellite Township, Asansol Paschim Bardhaman, Pin 713305 by 2nd February, 2021 - 5.00 P.M.

5. All the above-mentioned qualification and experience should be completed before the application cl ing date.
