Detail of  Post :

Applications are invited from retired Air India Cabin Crew for the post of “Safety & Emergency Procedures Instructor” on contractual basis :

Safety & Emergency Procedures Instructor 5 Retired Air India cabin crew with atleast 3 years experience. Those selected will be trained by the Company, subsequent to which they will have to acquire SEP Instructor’s approval from DGCA. During the period of training, they will be paid remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-. On acquiring approval from DGCA they will be eligible for remuneration of Rs. 75,000/-. The candidates will have to sign a bond to serve the company for period of 3 years on obtaining approval and furnish a bank guarantee for an amount to be intimated before the contract is signed, towards the cost of training imparted by the company. In case the candidate abandon’s training or fails to qualify, the costs will be recovered on a pro-rata basis 70 Years as on 01st January, 2016.

Place of work : The selected candidates will have to carry out training assignments at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi or any other base as decided by the Company

How to apply ? :

The appointment shall be strictly on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years. The contract can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice. No compensation will be payable in case the company terminates the contract for any reason whatsoever. A wait list will also be formed for future requirements, if any. Other benefits : No other benefits such as, Passage, medical, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc., will be for this post. While the individuals are on assignments at outstations, they will be paid TA / DA as applicable to the grade in which they retired.
