Detail of  Post :

Applications are invited from confirmed Cabin Crew, who are not in active flying (PMU, etc.), for the post of “Safety & Emergency Procedures Instructor (NIAF Trainee Scheme)*” :

Safety & Emergency Procedures Instructor 10* Permanent Air India Cabin Crew not in active flying (Permanently medically unfit, etc.) with atleast 3 years experience. Those selected will be trained by the Company, subsequent to which they will have to acquire SEP Instructor’s approval from DGCA. On obtaining approval, they will be absorbed in the Operations Training Department as Asst. Managers (Grade E1) in the applicable Pay Scale. The individuals who are already in the Pay Scales, above the grade of Asst. Manager (i.e. E2, E3, etc), will be absorbed in their respective grades. They will be eligible for career progression as applicable to General Cadre of Officers. They will not be eligible for any benefits applicable to Cabin Crew. If the individuals are unable to obtain DGCA approval, they will be reverted back to the Customer Services Department. 53 Years as on 01st January, 2016.

Place of work : The selected candidates will have to carry out training assignments at Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi or any other base as decided by the Company
