Job Description:

  1. An Amazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
  2. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sale problems.
  3. Associates communicate with customers primarily via Email, Chat and Phone utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.
  2. Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal)
  3. Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  4. Excellent documentation skills
  5. Good comprehension skills– ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  6. Ability to concentrate follow customer issue without distraction to resolution
  7. Good composition skills– ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response

  10. Ability to use a desktop computer system
  11. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer

  14. Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
