1. Track user reported issues
2. Monitor Customer Support inboxes for requests for assistance
3. Open tickets in ticketing application to document user contact
4. Perform level 1 analysis of issue to evaluate if assistance is required from other groups
5. Open IMRs for break/fix issues & assign to Application support team. Evaluate criticality and assign proper severity.
6. Communicate with individual users via email, instant messenger, telephone, and LiveMeeting to analyze problem and provide updates / issue resolutions
7. Provide one-on-one communication to confirm receipt of an issue and the opening of a ticket
8. Contact user for additional issue clarification

Candidate Profile:
1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact equally effectively with Customers and with Technologies
2. Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis)
3. Hand’s on SQl experience is desirable
4. Excellent written communication skills including the ability to develop easy to understand user documentation for complex issues
5. 1-2 years of experience in supporting business partners in a Customer Support / Helpdesk environment
6. 4 year degree in or similar background
7. Strong English Language skills (both written and verbal)
