To provide admin/technical support to a multi-disciplinary office.
To be a competent user of the various systems / databases /GIS mapping/Auto CAD. General administration, i.e filing, faxing and data input
To be a team player and deliver responsibilities by meeting deadlines
Monitor in-coming and out-going work-load, and inform the Team Leader of any issues.
To liaise with the UK team on a daily basis and build up a good working relationship
To carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by line manager.
To have flexibility for potentially working UK hours
To support various Network Services business units as and when required

Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused and organised
Pro-active problem solver
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Confidence in dealing with colleagues within UK
Enthusiastic, able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workload.
